I got this from Ann Williams, who always served this before Christmas dinner.

8 oz. cream cheese

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh onion

4 oz. pimentos

2 6-1/2 oz. cans minced clams

1/3 cup finely crushed saltines

1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Blend softened cream cheese with lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and onion.  Mix until smooth.  Add drained finely chopped pimento, drained clams and cracker crumbs.  Mix well and chill until firm. [Freezable at this point.]

Shape into log about 8 inches long and roll in nuts until coated.  Chill until ready to serve.

I like almonds, Mom uses walnuts.  Pistacios, macadamias or pecans would be nice, too.
