Yes, I know it is an American recipe made with some Asian ingredients. But we love it so. From back of the package of “maifun” rice noodles.

Combine: 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

                    2 Tbsp. sugar

                    2 tsp. soy sauce

                    1 Tbsp sesame oil

                    1/4 cup salad oil

                    3 Tbsp. rice vinegar

Pour over shredded lettuce and chicken, add little bits like sliced water chestnuts, pickled ginger, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, etc.

Top with deep-fried “maifun” rice noodles
